Cable and WiFi Issues

Received my GPS this afternoon. Like many other reviewers, my USB cable has the wrong end. It does not connect to a GPS device. Also, the GPS will not connect to my WiFi. The error message is "Authentication failed". Both my iPads, Macbook and phones connect to my wifi with no issues. I can't update maps without wifi and the right cable. Garmin...come on dude! After so many reviewers gotten the wrong cable, still haven't fixed this issue? you send it back
