In other cases, you may not get the option to select "Premium". The window will be white. The only way is to turn off the device and restart it. Shortly after the show starts, the "Network Test” window will appear and you will need to turn off and restart the device. Sometimes it is possible to update the software. The only way to avoid this is to turn off the device. Usually it doesn't work, you have to turn it off and start over. DO NOT BUY.!
