Review on Enhanced Adjustable Aquarium Internal Filter with Air Power Aeration System - Ideal for 10-50 Gallon Fish Tanks by Brittany Mills

I haven't had this filter that long, but so far I can only report positive things. It replaced an inferior 20 gallon sponge filter and I couldn't be happier with the replacement. The sponge provided adequate biological filtration, but there was no mechanical filtration and the water movement was blunt. Problem solved. As a rule, I prefer to use box filters, and one can jokingly say that this is a filter box on steroids, or maybe a sponge box hybrid. It's surprisingly well built, moving water gently but efficiently, and doing a good job of both biological and mechanical filtration. The customizability is also a nice feature, although I've used it in stock so far and it's worked beautifully. It's quiet, although if you listen closely you can certainly hear moving media. The packaging was safe and professional. Overall, this product is recommended and I will definitely buy it again.
