The ability to create invoices without having to print them out or send an email. It's easy for clients to access their account information as well. I wish it was easier to change the date format of the invoice. I have to click in each field to make changes. This can be very time consuming if you are sending multiple invoices at once. It is easy to use and has many features that other programs don't have. I use this program to generate invoices for my business. I also use it to track client projects and keep up with billing.
