I like that you can customize reports to show what information is important for each business owner in my account as well how often they should be called/emailed with notifications about their accounts (or lack thereof).

Sometimes it really takes me time out of work day if this pops up when i'm trying get caught back or working at lunch! If your looking into something similar try checking other providers because some do not have all these features available yet so make sure there's no issues prior purchasing them before making decision :P.
