Don't come in by accident. I have 12 in my kitchen. 9/3s usually work, and that's random.

Won't light up accidentally, pull them out and flip them over, they work for a while then go out. If I leave them, they randomly start working again. I have 12 in my kitchen so at least 2 won't turn on every time. Very annoying. Stick to the corporate brand. It's not my ballast or electrics, I replaced the brand name and I don't have this problem. I do not recommend.
