This material is incredibly tacky and will bond instantly to any CLEAN surface. The glue has the consistency of hot chewing gum and sticks like that. The glue is about 1/16 inch thick. Clean the surface, make sure it's dry and apply the tape - there are no repeats so make sure it's where you want it. Duct tape, put in a large bag or wrap in cellophane. The outer edges stick to anything they come in contact with. I find it best to cut with a box cutter and use the leftover wood as a cutting board. very fast.
