The starter itself is fine. Problem with Seller: All After Sales Service (EA). IFFFFFF if you ship the starter back to EA (in my case it was at my expense which is not a problem) they are not set up to provide you with a shipping label. So you should go to the first aid kit and get a few cans of painkillers to put up with your returns company's customer interface (UPS, FedEx or USPS. UPS is worst). Eventually EA will move into the 21st century and copy the process used by Revain where they provide a shipping label and simply deduct the return postage from your refund. This way you can just stick the label on and have it delivered to your local express mail or similar business. So avoid EA until they change their business model to provide proper customer service.
