Tons of adjustments but you have to tighten everything every time your car gets hot

Phone holds up well but definitely not as secure as I'd like. When the mount tilts forward, my phone falls out. It's really only a problem if I don't make sure all the connections are tight EVERY TIME I get in the car. So I did this after dropping my phone a few times. It adheres very well to glass, but any textured surface is unsafe. I thought it would be fine on my dash and felt secure when I first attached it, but then fell off while driving. I put it on the windshield and it's held up ever since. I replant her from time to time just to make sure she is safe. The biggest problem occurs when the car gets hot. I have a habit of tightening each connection before plugging the phone in because they loosen in the heat and I've had it sag and drop the phone twice. Most of the handles are easy to reach, but the lever to release and reattach the suction cup is terrible. There's no way to flip it without first flipping the entire phone holder all the way back, and even then it's very difficult to get your finger in to open it because they put the lever IN YOUR hand. An external lever would be much easier to use. Even after tightening everything up, he still bounces a little more than usual in the heat, but hey, that's life. All in all everything is fine. As long as I check every button every time I get in the car, it seems reliable enough. It has a lot of customization options that allow you to position your phone exactly where you want it, which is really nice. Inserting and removing the phone is quick and easy, which is also very nice. And there is a hole in the base so I can plug my phone in while it's in the mount.
