Apply foundation and ignite with UV lamp for 30 seconds, apply film adhesive evenly and ignite with UV lamp for 1 minute, leave on for 30 seconds, THEN APPLY. Now I'm addicted to foils π. Best buy and great price! Enjoy ladies! It's great for beginners and experts alike!
