Disclaimer - one star for misleading photo and missing information. However, these converters appear to be well made and offer the advertised 3-prong to 2-prong AC outlet transition with the ability to properly connect the ground wire. The pins on these devices are polarized (which they probably should be these days), but the photo shows non-polarized pins in my opinion (exactly what I needed). The product description does not state whether they are polarized or non-polarized (as of December 2019). Some reviews even state that the pins are not polarized. The blocks I received are polarized and unfortunately I have to return them. [For those who don't know, polarized means that one prong is slightly larger than the other, so the prongs can only be plugged into an outlet one way - this is a safety feature to ensure the cord carrying electricity contains, and the neutral wires are properly connected. Older non-polarized outlets can't accommodate the larger "polarized" pin in these devices - it just won't fit in the slot. These converters should work well in most modern AC outlets.
