We had a Therapedic (not Tempurpedic) six port Air Touch mattress. The pump died and the mattress began to deflate rapidly. Therapedic no longer makes air mattresses and an email to them went unanswered. We found that no one makes replacement pumps with six ports. Not wanting to spend thousands on a Sleep Number bed, we looked for an alternative. We found this REM replacement air mattress and pump. We emailed the company with a pre-purchase question and they responded within fifteen minutes on Sunday! The air mattress and pump were delivered on time and everything was installed within half an hour. Instead of spending thousands, we were able to easily upgrade our bed for less than $600, which is a little less than a new Sleep Number bed. There was a slight smell when the airbag opened, but that's to be expected with a rubber vinyl product. After the bed was made up, we didn't notice any more smell. The pump is very quiet compared to our old one. We chose a pump with a wireless remote control, which works great. Our old pump had wired remotes, which was a problem. The company (Silver Fish International, LLC) is great and we are confident that if there is a problem they will respond quickly. I highly recommend this air mattress and pump.
