As with many reviews (I see now) for this particular item, I received 40 loose batteries in a plain white box, unlike the typical Duracell packaging. It is not so bad. The bigger issue is the lack of the usual Duracell markings and expiration dates on the batteries themselves. They're Duracell Duralock branded and have a manufacturer's code (MN1500), but that's about it (except they're made in China). Also, as another reviewer points out, these batteries have positive and negative symbols, something you don't typically see on real Duracell batteries (usually only positive. I haven't tested the charge yet, but I'm pretty sure). that they are fake). , buyers beware. You will probably return. that the expiration date is engraved on the top of the battery (see the last two photos). These are new to me. I still doubt their authenticity.
