The integration with Salesforce is seamless - one click connection between CRMs is very easy in Zinffi! As well as being able to track your sales pipeline through each stage of qualification it also allows you to know where opportunities are at any given time so we can see when they should be moved forward or back depending upon their status.
I don't like having 2 systems open simultaneously but this isn't something i have experienced myself yet just looking around other customers who use zinfi there seem to find ways round this issue which always makes me feel better about using them. A simple way to integrate all aspects of our business from managing leads/opportunity data through selling process flow analysis etc.
