When I first used it, it worked great. I connected it to my surface and left. Since then I can't get it to work. I updated drivers, changed cables, changed ports and nothing. I would return it but it's too late. UPDATE: I contacted tech support and they helped me identify the issue: user error. What I didn't realize is that not all cables with USB-C ends are created equal. The monitor requires a Thunderbolt 3 cable or better. After switching to the cable that came with it and not the one I usually carry in my bag, the monitor worked great again. Thanks.
