While browsing portable monitor reviews, I came across this monitor among several portable monitors with similar specs. Differences? It was recommended by Bitwit, the well-known tech youtube. Anyway I think he underestimated this product in his review! The monitor comes with a case that Bitwit and I think is a great case; In most cases, however, being able to hold the monitor with a pen is surprisingly more convenient and efficient! Meanwhile, 1080P Full HD is competitive with other monitors at this price. Also, the price is pretty awesome, around $170 at the time of writing, with the all-time lowest price being around $140 closer to the original release. However, you also get: three cables with two reusable cases (about $10-15 each, USB-USB-C [Thunderbolt 3/USB 3.1 Spec], USBC-USBC, HDMI-HDMI), carrying case ($10 more) , a screen protector (another $10), and a standard USB wall charger. It costs over $50 with included accessories. Very impressive. Cost Savings/Technical Limitations to Consider: 1) Cables don't fit snugly into monitor ports or don't quite fit. This austerity measure annoys me personally; However, after setting up the monitor, I forget about it as I focus on actually using the monitor. 2) You must also connect the monitor to the wall charger if you want to save your settings. Then you don't have to connect it again until you want to reset it back to the default. Otherwise, the default is 30% brightness, etc. 3) False HDR (not to be expected at this price); However, with the right setup, you could probably make it look decent. I don't care about the facility. Instead, I leave HDR on Auto for normal use. 4) Response time 3-5ms. Not the 1-2ms you need for professional gaming on this particular screen; However, it is not necessarily who this product is aimed at. Pre-purchase tips: 1. Make sure your device is compatible with the inputs/outputs you are using! If not, you should email the manufacturer to see if they can customize the monitor to suit your needs. (I have not used this particular service yet) 2. I would suggest emailing the manufacturer to ensure they understand how to properly apply the screen protector. I did not do it; However, I reported this to UPERFECT and after receiving my order number and address, they immediately sent a replacement screen protector. They even emailed a clear visual graphic with instructions on how to use it properly. Don't be afraid to ask the INCREDIBLE questions you have about the monitor. They seem friendly and willing to answer your questions effectively, and answer throughout the day even now.
