Does what it sets out to do

I got this product for the glare guard features, rather than the anti-privacy features, for note.Installation was painless; The sheet fit right into the monitor's bezel, over the entire image, and the adhesive around the edges was enough to keep it in place.Brightness is notably muted with the overlay on, but that's unavoidable with these types of overlays. I put it onto a monitor that was mostly used for reading text, and it is still quite readable even with the overlay on.Of note, the instructions mentioned including mounts that you could attach to the monitor bezel to aid in removing the guard and then being able to put it back when you needed it. but the examples showed pictures of a laptop, and I did not actually receive any of the mentioned mounts in the package, so perhaps that is only for the smaller screens, or either I was missing parts of the package or didn't understand what some of them were used for. Either way, the overlay is unobtrusive enough to where I can't really think of any reason why I'd need to remove it. Perhaps it'd be more important if I were using it as a privacy screen. All in all, would recommend for a glare guard.
