Review on Sunstruck Double Pointed Knitting Needle by Heather Shaw

I don't know why these needles aren't up to standard. I have purchased many KnitPro products in the past including Replacement Cubics and Karbonz 6" and 8" Cubics, Cubics Single Points and Caspian 5" Double Points and I am very pleased with the quality of all of these products. Knitting and has brought this line to the attention of some knitting friends over the last few years. I wanted 4" needles specifically for knitting baby socks and mittens, but their resistance makes them very difficult to use. Tried different types of yarn, same problem. They have not same smoothness as Caspian needles which are wonderful to work with! Karbonz are great for openwork and Cubics I use for almost everything else and are the main needles I use. I have arthritis which causes pain and knitting for long periods of time Stiffness caused, and using blocks has made a huge difference!I highly recommend the entire Cubics & Karbonz product line em recommend. Not sure yet if I'll risk ordering a 4" in Caspian to see if it's any better than sunstroke.
