The bits aren't sharp, they don't cut well.

These bits don't cut very well. Upon closer inspection, it looks like they were shot peened after sharpening. I love the metal stand they come in and can be wall mounted unlike some other brands I've come across that don't really fit in the smallest bits they come with. I need to study her sharpening.
