The tarp itself is a good thickness but that's about all the good things I can say about this tent. It is extremely difficult to assemble sticks that are half connected with a plastic tube. If you want, the wooden stick is wider than the plastic tube and that's how much force it takes to push each wooden stick through the plastic (8 times). After all the work of assembling the logs and setting up the tent, it didn't stay open and didn't stand up straight. Why does this tent have a cover? There's no point in being portable if you can't separate the wooden sticks from the plastic tubes after the initial assembly!
