The first thing that struck me about this knife was the presentation. The packaging is so wonderful it's a shame to throw it away. It comes with a beautiful and very informative booklet which I read cover to cover which tells you everything you need to know about the knife and how to care for it. I like that they come with a lifetime warranty and lifetime sharpening. But above all, the knife is a dream. My friend has rather small hands and struggled to find a knife that fits her hand well and this one is perfect. I will definitely come back to buy other knives from this company.
