Description of 🔪 Regalia Chef Knife: Premium Japanese Damascus Gyuto 8 Inch, AUS10 Super Steel, 67 Layers, Razor Sharpness, Exceptional Edge Retention, Resistant to Stains & Corrosion - Professional Quality Chef's Knives

✅ Look Sharp and Cut Sharper Without Slicing a Hole in Your Wallet: Crafted from the finest materials in the world, this masterpiece of the professional kitchen is forged with an authentic Japanese AUS-10V “Super-Steel” cutting core to ensure flexibility and maximum edge retention without dulling or chipping. 66 layers of high carbon stainless Damascus steel cladding add aesthetic beauty and prevent both rusting and corrosion. ✅ Geometrically Perfect and Scary Sharp: The angles of this blade represent the pinnacle of design and the accumulation of millennia of chef knife making evolution. Finished to a mirror polish of within an astounding 8-12 degree angle per side using the traditional 3-step Honbazuke method, this blade is viciously sharp. The tapered curvilinear blade of this knife is ideal for mincing, slicing, and chopping vegetables, slicing meat, and disjointing large cuts. ✅ Performance, Comfort, & Beauty: Military grade ergonomic G-10 handle is immune to cold, heat, and moisture. This bolster allows easy access to sharpen the entire blade down to the blade heel. Optimal knuckle clearance gives room for use without knuckle interference. Rounded handle and tapered pinch-grip bolster encourage natural handling with perfect balance. Rosetta rivet adds a cherry on top to this magnificent culinary tool. ✅ Never A Dull Moment: Our Ironclad 100% Lifetime Guarantee and Free Sharpening for life means that you can buy this knife risk free and Regalia makes knives that stand the test of time and so does our commitment to you. Save money invest in a known brand

This knife turned out to be dull and not sharp as advertised. Tried to cut carrots didn't work? Customer service is aggressive and unhelpful. DO NOT BUY.

Worth Every Penny Kitchen & Dining Product

It may seem a bit overpriced but you are paying for quality. Food to be cut will run for cover when they see an approaching knife. It's as beautiful as the packaging. I've always bought cheap because what's the difference? Well you know when you first use it. Customer service is excellent. I will be making my own regalia knives in the future. Fantastic gift idea.

My new work knife!

The first thing that struck me about this knife was the presentation. The packaging is so wonderful it's a shame to throw it away. It comes with a beautiful and very informative booklet which I read cover to cover which tells you everything you need to know about the knife and how to care for it. I like that they come with a lifetime warranty and lifetime sharpening. But above all, the knife is a dream. My friend has rather small hands and struggled to find a knife that fits her hand well and…

  • High marks for grip and durability from testers

My Regalia Kiritsuke knife is amazing. Good value for money.

I don't write many reviews but I couldn't find much information from sources other than the company's website so I thought I'd share my first impressions here in the reviews section. I've included a short video to show how nice the knife looks and feels when held in your hand. It's well balanced and beautiful. Today I am returning to Revain and ordering a boning and paring knife after seeing the quality of this Kiritsuke chef's knife. I am very impressed with the sharpness and attention to…

Great blade for the money. Buy with confidence.

Professional chef for 15 years. Keep in mind that when you buy this knife, you're not getting a $600 piece made to order by a blacksmith man. But for the price you can't go wrong. I received the cleaver, the workmanship is excellent, the razor arrived sharp, with no defects on the edge. I like the idea of the aus10v, it's not as heavy as the vg-10 which is good for those looking for good utility knives that won't chip. (Don't get me wrong, the VG 10 lasts a long time but tends to chip under…

If you hesitate, don't do it. BUY, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

The fit and finish of this knife is impeccable. There are no sharp edges between the grip, bolster and shaft, which is a problem for many manufacturers. The handle has a smooth, rounded profile that naturally complements a standard plier handle. The small extra weight added by the pommel (end cap) in the handle helps the knife rest comfortably in your supporting fingers. The slightly curved blade profile makes it comfortable for chopping rock while retaining the benefits of a Kiritsuke blade…

cute knives in Kitchen & Dining

I'm not a chef and just started cooking properly because of the pandemic. I love these knives. I currently have a chef's knife, a paring knife, and a nakiri knife. They are very sharp and have held the blade well so far. (No, I don't use them on a marble cutting board. It would ruin the blade on the first cut.) I'm no expert, but I've always appreciated quality knives. They look and feel like quality knives and I am very happy with them and have bought a pair to give away. I contacted the…

Amazing value! for paring knife

I tend not to review many products on my Revain Prime account. My mom usually does that lol. But this chef's knife has made my job at Brio MUCH easier. We don't have people to sharpen our knives like many restaurants do, so I thought about getting a much more expensive knife for work. I knew I didn't want to save money, but I didn't want someone stealing a $300 knife either. This is the perfect compromise. When I first took it out of the box it was absolutely razor sharp. I could cut receipt…

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

There is nothing wrong with this lifetime purchase. It's a bit heavy, 9.20 ounces. but meat, fish and vegetables are not available - "Santoku", a knife for free. This knife has a little more muscle which I wasn't expecting, it's more like a Deb knife but with a bigger blade, blade and versatility. (My Sabatier chef's knife weighs 8.25 ounces, my Deba knife weighs 8.75 ounces.) The blade is serrated to avoid pulling and is balanced with a full shaft and ergonomic handle for easy handling. This…
