My Regalia Kiritsuke knife is amazing. Good value for money.
I don't write many reviews but I couldn't find much information from sources other than the company's website so I thought I'd share my first impressions here in the reviews section. I've included a short video to show how nice the knife looks and feels when held in your hand. It's well balanced and beautiful. Today I am returning to Revain and ordering a boning and paring knife after seeing the quality of this Kiritsuke chef's knife. I am very impressed with the sharpness and attention to detail.
