The metal nozzle broke through the silicone coating on the second or third use. It works like a dream while it works. I had some trouble understanding the seller but they quickly replaced the item. I hope the first case was just an accident, but I'm afraid it wasn't. My cookware is stainless steel and the pans have a sort of "rim" around the top of the pots. This makes it a bit more difficult to mount the nozzle through the "hump". After that they work great. The nice thing is that you can attach them before preparing the contents of your pots/pans. This way you don't have to deal with a screaming hot pan. They're worth a try just in the hope that the replacement will hold up better than the original.
