After a few months of use I like the look and weight but 2 of these are already starting to warp and become wobbly on a flat stand. Probably because they are about 1/2" thick as opposed to my previous 5/8" boards. I only hand washed them as being around a horse in the dishwasher will likely destroy these boards quickly. This can becoming a safety issue.where stability is important when cutting with sharp knives.They seem a bit soft and the serrated blades seem to dig into the wood a little.Despite a nice set of boards and a great price I would probably return them if I hadn't missed my return window
