As a hesitant home cook I was skeptical of this handheld slicer, but it quickly exceeded my expectations .It makes slicing fruits and vegetables drastically quicker and smoother, saving me time and energy in the kitchen. As a result of using this product, i found that I'm more willing to experiment with new dishes and ingredients. The only drawback is that it can be tricky to clean, but overall it's a great addition to my kitchen utensils and gadgets..
