It seems many people with r53 installed Brisk plugs to mostly rave reviews. I ordered and installed the correct model for my car, but I had pedal lag and some idle issues. So I ordered these recommended NGKs and they were great. The idle settled down and I no longer noticed the yo-yo effect.
