Very friendly interface, the customer service is excellent as well! I love that there are multiple options to choose from when it comes time to create my own form fields. The fact that we do not have this functionality built-in makes me feel like they don't take customization seriously enough. We really wanted custom text areas, checkboxes, etc., but couldn't find any way to customize those elements without having our developer build them into each page (which would drive up development costs). There was no option besides building everything ourselves. It was hard work, especially considering how limited their documentation is. But with help from our support team, we were able to get some of what we needed working within about 2 weeks!
