It's hard to complain about this hub when it compares so cheaply to similar products, but there are a few key issues that make the experience less than ideal. high-pitched noise that starts when you plug it into your computer and continues until you unplug it. I've been using it for a while now and it hasn't gotten any easier to ignore. I also recommend leaving it unplugged from your computer if you plan on leaving it for a while. When the computer goes to sleep, the noise increases. Second, trying to use a wireless keyboard and mouse combo with this hub is nearly impossible. Both experience significant delays or stop working entirely. I have never had this problem with this mouse, keyboard or computer until now. In short, it's not a bad buy if you're looking to set up a second screen and wireless mouse, but for everything else it might be worth investing in one of the more expensive (and hopefully higher quality) alternatives.
