Good product. Bad way of working.

I'm not new to HTV, but I used a different heat press. I like this one, works well, light weight, easy to handle. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the management. It tells you what it does, but not how to use it or program it. A lot of accessories are included, but no instructions for use. YouTube answered most of my questions.
