The Enter button does not work at all and the Power button only works occasionally. Programming isn't a problem because (1) I've programmed many universal remotes and know it almost by heart, and (2) the volume controls always work. Also, I've only had this remote for two weeks and the power button silicone has popped out. I am in the process of returning the remote control. Very disappointed and this is the worst universal remote I have ever had. UPDATE: think again about returning this package without too much inconvenience and hassle! GE forces you to ship your package to a "live" UPS store by only providing you with a QR code that the UPS store must scan to print a shipping label. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have to drive 30 minutes to return this DEFECTIVE item to a UPS pickup location to have them print a shipping label instead of printing the label at home and having it delivered to a UPS pickup location. a place just 5 minutes from my house (that's how I've been sending Amazon packages back since 2013)! I have never been so upset and bothered by a package return!
