Broke after just 3 uses. Spend the extra money and get a better quality one

We have had like 2 small snow storms and it all seemed fine until we got a big snow storm and of course it broke when I needed it’s the most. Then of course there is no way to get ahold of the company and it’s now out of stock. Very bridle parts that Break easily and honestly the extension is not that much even tho they advertise it being substantial.

One of the product plastic pieces was broken on arrival. Got a refund.
