Review on 🚪 Maxitrol Natural Pressure Regulator: Opening the Door to Janitorial & Sanitation Excellence by Mike Carter

I bought this regulator because it was adjustable and I chose it when I was looking for "natural gas regulator for gas grill". It turns out that this regulator does not let gas through when the outside temperature reaches 40 degrees or less. Today he stopped the gas supply at 48 degrees. I called Maxitrol Tech Support which took a few days and was told the regulator stops the gas flow at 32 degrees or freezing. Either this unit is defective or this controller can only be used in an environment with controlled internal temperature. Be careful when purchasing an outdoor regulator. Before buying, check with the manufacturer about the temperature characteristics of the regulator. I'm currently looking for a replacement, plus it's costing me to have it replaced by the plumber who did my rebuild.
