I needed to mirror a PC image on three LCD monitors and one LCD projector for testing. Initial research into how to do this suggests there is significant misinformation. I've seen many people suggest that this is only possible with a couple of graphics cards. B.S. This device did exactly what it promised. It took the DVI output from my computer's graphics card and divided it by 4. It also boosts the signal, which was important because I used two 35ft DVI cables to connect monitors to the witness and judge. I used a DVI to HDMI cable to send the signal to the projector and a short DIV cable to send it to the monitor on my desk. I also had a separate monitor connected to my computer (the tower motherboard I use has two video outputs). This is the second monitor only I could see. Went like clockwork. Apparently you can chain several together to get many more copies. I just used one. I really like Tripp Lite. From their YouTube video I understood that this is some kind of engineering company. I also have a very large Tripp-Lite DC-AC Inverter that is really well built. This shard is pretty small - smaller than it looks. Very high quality finish - all metal. A nice touch is the screw in the inverter cable to ensure it doesn't trip. Overall a great product that did exactly what I needed at an affordable price.
