Too bad I can't give negative stars. I work in the home automation industry and unfortunately I can't afford the products that my very wealthy customers can afford. I thought it was a decent product and as I program things like Lutron, Savanat, Crestron and Control4 it's not a problem. What a disaster. Customer service is an absolute joke. When you finally get through to them, no one will understand what they are doing. they do NOT support Lutron as advertised on their website, they do NOT support Somfy as advertised on their website. Who knows how many other false claims they will make. I even called William Wong (head of the remote department) and even he was unaware of the 3rd party products they claim to be compatible with. Then I was redirected to his boss. He also didn't know how to answer my question and was very very rude. I've decided enough is enough, I want my money back; They will not refund me. Mind you, this all took weeks and countless hours of waiting while trying to find answers. So now I'm essentially getting rid of my Roku remotes by owning this piece of junk. It doesn't do any of the home control functions I want, it's clunky, it has random buttons assigned by default. And if you have 2 hubs (they sent me a second free one to have a conference call with their engineers about the differences in Lutron products. which actually happened haha) the hubs are NOT talking to each other so guess what recommend them to you. , buy the 2nd remote control. It's just absolutely shameful. I will never buy anything from Logitech and have advised my customers not to. I recommend you stay away from anything they sell.
