Fits my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The quality is good and they work perfectly, although they are more difficult to close than before. Hardware Warning: You came with different hardware than shown in the picture. In fact, the iron was the same as the factory original (a good thing), but the quality of the iron wasn't. The tailgate had to be pushed up with force to properly tighten the fasteners, and a second or two of pressure when we relaxed a bit bent them a bit, rendering them useless as they couldn't be tightened. Luckily (and coincidentally) I was able to unbolt the hardware from the shock - and did the same with the factory originals - and swapped them all around. This worked great and gave me more confidence in the installation.
