Rear hub struts for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, two struts, but one of the fasteners was missing. I only got 3 of 4 to install tailgate stays. I'm hoping that installing just one strut is enough to hold the rear tailgate with the other worn strut and I don't get hit in the head by the tailgate again. If it was a simple screw I wouldn't be so upset, but the rack needs a special screw to hold it in place, so you just don't have to use it.

Poor quality soft metal torx cap nuts. First, I screwed the existing pre-drilled holes into the car, and the torx bit in the ratchet slipped off, not immediately realizing it had actually dropped!
