They seem like a perfect fit for many reasons, with just one small downside that we found. there are other options. They also work just as well, if not better, in different ways. 2) You will receive many of them in one box. 3) They don't spread flames. This was a HUGE deal compared to some other options we had. We took a few other options that were said to be flame retardants and lit them to find out they burn like candles. However, these burned up where they came under fire and stopped (didn't spread). As you can see in the picture. For this part of the image we held the flame on it for 4 seconds. (Update: I think they don't allow us to post pictures for some reason, which makes their policy here seem a bit questionable.) The only downside? The decorative switches (4 total in a pack) have a gap around the switch itself which prevents a really good seal. It's still enough to make an impact (create a seal of sorts), but it's far from perfect. It's a minor mistake, but if half of the package included them, it would lower the score. In this situation we saw no need for it. So we think this is a great option for your home, both in terms of functionality and fire safety. You'll feel better at night using these options compared to some of the other options, and your insurance company will love you (God forbid something happens if they even know about it).
