Review on M D Building Products 43820 Replacement by Flavio Iyer

This bad review does NOT reflect #MDPRODUCTS; They do quality cleaning that is worth the money. This rating is for the seller. When I received the first one it was bent in two places, it looked like someone tried to ship it in a smaller package and gave up so they sent it in a box which was a bit over the top, they matched probably in at least 30 more in this box! But there was a lot of paper in it, and it's pretty obvious it wasn't damaged in transit. The damaged sections are part of the gasket that fits into the bottom two slots of the door and are NOT flexible. So the visible waves are permanent and therefore cannot be used at all. But I digress, it was a painless return process and I received a replacement in about 5 days. It arrived in the same oversized box but again well packaged but when I took it out of the box I was in total shock; This one was damaged too! Not as bad as the first one, but again not good. I've been in business for 30 years and there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for that! So I got a refund and found the exact same thing at a lumber yard in Mashpee, Massachusetts, about 45 minutes from my Plymouth location.
