I don't know what the bad reviews are about. I can't imagine what they were expecting. I bought mine a while ago and use it often. I mostly use it with the tip removed as the hole is too small. I could trim the tip to make the hole larger, but it works great without the tip. I use the nozzle when I want to blow sand away. I give it four stars instead of five because the hole in the tip is too small and the plunger is hard to squeeze due to arthritis. It's pretty tough for me, but I can do it. Worth a good $18.
