Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Schwinn Jasmine Girls Bike 16-Inch with Training Wheels - Available in Various Colors by Andres Callahan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is the one you want.

Bought this bike for my daughter's 5th birthday. She was getting too big for her 12" bike so it was time to upgrade her to a 16" bike. It's proper purple-pink girly decor, but not too girly, and I didn't like aging cartoon-themed bikes like Frozen. Everything was easy to put together with a couple of socket wrenches and an Allen key. It is carefully packaged to avoid scratching. The front caliper is a bit tricky to figure out if you've never worked with bikes, but it's a standard design. You won't get aerospace-grade accuracy here. The pedals were a little tight and will loosen over time. The brake pads are slightly uneven. But it certainly meets the requirements of a 5-year-old. I lubricated the chain with some garage door grease and the pedals and wheel bearings with lithium grease. The user manual contains a useful guide to lubricants. The only thing that bothers me about the manual is that it's a little hard to tell which sections apply to this bike. Just think about it, complain and act. In the end everything will work out and the baby will be happy.
