Girls love this bike.

Bought this bike for my two granddaughters (4 and 6 year olds) after much research, this bike fits them both sizes. I just adjust the seat up and down to fit them. The assembly is easy, the handlebars are one nut, the pedals are screwed on, the front wheel is two nuts, the handbrake adjustment took some time (because it's cheap), but I still like to use the foot brake on a children's bike. Training wheels and seat and you're done. Both girls love it and can ride the training wheels very easily.

Not the quality I expected from a Schwinn bike.

Not the Schwinn quality I expected. My granddaughter loved this bike but after a few rides one of the training wheels fell off due to the bolts snapping and the washers specific to those training wheels falling off and being lost. $50 at a bike shop for new training wheels. The second ride after that was fixed, one of the bike's blades kept falling off and couldn't be tightened. Crank and screws are also broken or defective. Oh yeah, the stickers on the handles came off right away, so if you're

Small wrecked bike

I thought it was perfect, loved the colours, nice Schwinn bike for my daughter but still strong and sturdy, no white tires to see the dirt! A small mistake turned into a big problem and it only had to be returned a month after receiving it! We were lucky that the crank broke before our return window closed! My daughter was just riding down the sidewalk when all of a sudden the chain came loose and my dad, who used to work in a bike shop, couldn't fix it. Fair warning, this seems to be a common…

" I returned a great one that I am very happy with

After seeing mixed reviews of this bike complaining of a deformed wheel or rubbing parts that cannot be repaired I still took a chance and bought it for the Grammys house for all the grandkids to ride."Santa gave the Grammys a bike this year!" I got a great bike to ride on I'm very happy! But what was I thinking?4 kids I've never bought a bike with white wheels because I just loved the look of the granddaughters.GUY!What was I thinking.Cute little white wheels don't stay white after a…

The cutest bike ever!

When I first saw this bike I fell in love with it. I was looking for a first bike for our daughter who will soon be 3 years old. I originally bought a 12 inch bike because it was intended for children between the ages of 2 and 6. But after a few hours trying to assemble it, we realized it would be too small for her. I had my concerns thinking this bike would be too big for her, but I followed the sizing recommendations and went for it. She fits perfectly, she is 44 inches tall. She was so…

Used sports brake pads

We bought this bike for my 5 year old. She loves it! I asked my local bike shop to check the fitment and tighten loose connections and they showed me that the brake pads for the front wheels were very badly worn. You can see from the photos that they don't hold the wheel when the handbrake is on. We have only rented the bike 2 times since it was built (it was too hot in Tennessee this summer) as can be seen from the very little tire wear. I was surprised I used brake pads as the bike was brand…

Front fender Fits in front of brakes

It is really easy to assemble the bike. However, the instructions in the brochure weren't that good and I wasted more time than I had to. I couldn't find where or how to attach the front fender to the tires. be it while driving or behind the brakes or before breaks. The pictures on Amazon and the packaging contradicted each other. Google the bike name and brand. You can find the official Schwinn YouTube video for assembly. Ten times better than the stupid instructions that came with it. The…

This is the one you want.

Bought this bike for my daughter's 5th birthday. She was getting too big for her 12" bike so it was time to upgrade her to a 16" bike. It's proper purple-pink girly decor, but not too girly, and I didn't like aging cartoon-themed bikes like Frozen. Everything was easy to put together with a couple of socket wrenches and an Allen key. It is carefully packaged to avoid scratching. The front caliper is a bit tricky to figure out if you've never worked with bikes, but it's a standard design. You…

Worth the money just buy it

This bike was the perfect choice for my almost 5 year old! The size is perfect for their feet to touch the ground in the lowest position, so we should use this bike for years to come. Nice design and everyone praises the bike wherever we go. I like that it's a bit different than other girls' bikes. There are no tasteless princesses here! We didn't remove the basket either, it seemed superfluous to me. It was fairly easy to assemble, but I had some trouble getting the pads on properly. A small…
