Review on Utopia Kitchen 11 Inch Nonstick Frying Pan with Induction Bottom and Scratch Resistant Body - Durable Aluminum Alloy and Riveted Handle by Tim Knoepfle

I have found that the hob on many non stick induction pans is not flat. Eggs and cooking liquid like to run to the edge of the pot. It looks like the aluminum part of the pot is stamped first and the stainless steel induction cooktop is added later, causing the cooktop to bulge upwards. I've only cooked this pan a couple of times on my induction hob and I've found it heats up well and if lower temperatures are used it cleans up afterwards with a damp cloth. I had no problems with sticking objects. The weight meets my expectations and the handle stays cold when cooking.
