Great Solution For All My Business Needs

I love that it's so easy to set up tickets for our team members who use this platform regularly at work! It is integrated with Slack (which we also have), meaning one less thing you need in your inbox every day. Nothing really - but there are a couple things I wish were better organized within my account like creating folders/categories would make life easier when searching through all of them all the time!! Try out their trial version first before purchasing because they will only charge once per month if any issues arise during your 30 days Trial period :) We're saving money by not having employees fill new tasks in Google Sheets anymore & instead just using 365 Ticketing. Our users prefer booking support via email rather than reaching someone directly via phone call due to increased productivity from being able to track progress without needing extra staff dedicated solely to answering questions. This provides us more data regarding how many customers may actually want additional information about something vs those looking to It is very easy to use and is a great platform for ticketing. It is very customizable and can be used for all of my needs. It would be great if I could have a few more features but this is a great platform. I am solving all of my ticketing needs with 365Ticketing. It has been a great solution and I highly recommend it. It has helped my business solve all of our ticketing needs. It has been a great solution for my business.

Pros
  • Easy interface
  • Allows me access easily, especially since everything syncs automatically.
  • The ability allow people outside an organization see what projects or items require attention as well makes sharing much simpler compared other tools available today such Twitter etc
Cons
  • That no filters exist currently which limit search capabilities;
