Review on Triangle Group Sportex TH201 / TSH11 205/50 R17 93R summer by Mateusz Walkowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.

It's time to change the tires after 3 years of operation BMW 320iX. I was not satisfied with the standard tires Perelli cinturato p7, because. in rainy weather, even at a speed of 100 km / h, driving a car was not comfortable. And in heavy rain on the track, the tires began to float already at 80 . Therefore, they fell off immediately. The question was to buy a runflat price tag from 15,000 per cylinder, or save money, buy a regular one and carry a spare tire with you. When I was looking for tires, I accidentally stumbled upon reviews about this tire, incl. and from BMW owners. Reviews were mostly positive. I looked at the cost of the tire (before the start of the summer season, 255 / 40R18 was given for 5800 ! per cylinder !) This is practically nothing. I thought about it and decided that I would lose a little if I took the risk and bought them. Now dashed about 1000 km, tested on all types of surfaces, at different speeds and in different weather. 1. Softer, feel the rut less, although it is clear that at 255 it is still felt. 2. Noise is subjectively comparable to Perelli. 3. Road grip is very good! I have not tested it in extreme g-forces (I try to drive carefully), but even fairly sharp turns at speed pass without a squeak and squeak. There are no complaints about braking, directional stability either. 4. Was waiting for a good rain to write this review. And on Saturday I went to the track in heavy rain. Subjectively, much more confident than Pirelli. While the purchase is VERY satisfied, let's see how it will behave further.

Pros
  • Price, grip.
Cons
  • Can't find it for this price. Too bad they don't make Run Flat.
