Review on 🔧 Mercer Industries 183020 Crimped Wire Wheel, 8x3/4x2 (1/2, 5/8), Ideal for Bench/Pedestal Grinders by Sam Bhushan

When the package was opened, the spoked wheel looked normal. Within 30 seconds of light use I could tell the wheel was slightly out of balance. I turned off the engine and it was immediately apparent that many of the wires were starting to twitch as seen in the video I posted. The wheel I used previously was a $10 dockside cargo wheel and had no problems but was out of stock for a replacement. I don't know if this is the norm or a one-time quality issue, but I decided to spend a little more and get a wide-faced DeWalt for a few bucks more.
