These pens look great and the crystal glass gives them a quality look and feel. The only reason for the Note 4 was the workmanship. One of the 4 knobs I purchased did not meet the clearance hole tolerance for the mounting post mounting screw location (too difficult to describe in words or even a picture without referencing an engineering drawing). Thus, the end result of the machining error is that some of the handle's aluminum metal mounting posts show (thickness approx. 1.5mm, diameter of handle neck approx. 15mm), in contrast to the other three handles, which fit flush with the handle decorative plate. So when you scan two side-by-side handles on my French door, the exposed aluminum mounting post stands out compared to the oily bronze color it's supposed to be. Is it picky about knitting?. Yes, but high quality deserves a 5 and almost high quality deserves a 4. Typical Chinese production.
