I have used small disposable floss/floss combo kits but they are all a little painful on the back teeth. You can get them straight or at a 90 degree angle, and both options have a spot in the mouth where they don't work that well. Those that are straight can cause pain in the molar region, those that are 90 degrees can be pain in the front. I love that they allow you to rotate and change the angle as needed. The size is good, the filament is strong and works well for many uses before they have to be thrown away, so to me they are beyond cost effective. The ease of using them ANYWHERE in the mouth makes them perfect for our needs.
