Review on High Performance K&N Cold Air Intake Kit: Guaranteed Horsepower Increase for 2004-2008 Acura TL, 3.2L V6, 69-0021TB by Anden Turn

I installed this CAI on my 2004 Acura TL which I have driven for over 10 years. I love driving my car every day, otherwise I would have bought a new car long ago. This is a nice little "sleeper" family car. I know everything about my car from having driven it for so long, like the everyday acceleration abilities and all the sounds of the engines at different rpms, the handling of the car, the noises in the cabin etc. I immediately felt the difference between the, which has increased before/after accelerating. responsive and it sounds really good, a bit louder and more aggressive. Definitely accelerates better too. It was easy to install by ripping out the existing airbox and resonator assembly. The instructions are really helpful when installing, but not necessarily when removing an existing air intake system. One important thing I learned from the instructions for removing the existing air intake system is that you don't have to remove the front bumper from the car to remove the old one and install the new CAI. I've seen a number of YouTube videos showing how they remove the entire bumper from a car. According to the instructions, you only remove half of the wheel arch cover on the driver's side. One thing I did to save a lot of time was I used my saw to cut out most of the old air intake system, knowing I wouldn't be going back to the original factory installed system since my car is so old is. Taking the battery out gives you access to the final rubber mount that holds the rest of the old car's air intake system, otherwise you'll probably have to remove the bumper to get to it.
