No quality control but does the job.

I saw terrible reviews before buying and was very concerned about the purchase. Looking around, the only thing was that the other options were way more expensive than this one. So I played it safe and bought more than I needed. I bought 20 of these and only had 5 of them unusable. The rest was in perfect order, with good rolling and no play from side to side. The 5 unusable parts had either lateral play or a rough/crunching rocking motion. Just buy more than you need and do the quality control yourself and you'll be fine.
